Quick, easy, nothing pretentious, fills you up. Portions are generous, price point is mediocre, close to San Luis Obispo high school which was convenient for us since we were in town for a volleyball tournament. Great choice, exactly what we were looking for at the moment.

Very good prices, and flavorful carnitas and pastor. Fish and shrimp were a bit bland, but the other tacos made up for it.

Very good authentic taqueria with freshly made salsa. Super carne asada burrito was very flavorful and enough for 2 people.

The best tacos I've had at SLO. Service was great and fast. Carnitas tacos and the taco salad is a must! They give free chips and salsa that's Good.

Self serve sauce bar? Oh man. Let's go! Warning! The habanero orange sauce is spicy! Like I'm sweating bullets eating this Al pastor super burrito! Even their spicy green sauce is spicy. Scale 1-10 spicy? Solid 7 for sure. I love it. Order at the front with the lovely front person or no interaction with the tablet device. Let me tell you, that burrito had weight to it! I devoured every last bite of it. I'd be back for sure.

I'm a regular here and have tried 6 other Mexican places around SLO and this place by far has some of the most delicious menudo and Mexico food in SLO. I cannot exaggerate how delicious and fresh the food is. Not only is the food delicious and full of flavor but they have a salsa station and they are all spicy. Everything has upheld its quality for the past 4 months of me eating here. There are always plenty of places to sit at including an outdoor patio. It's really nice to be able to see the chiefs as well preparing the food and you can visual see how fresh the food is. The cashier is very polite and sweet. I recommend this place to anyone interested or loves Mexican food l.

Busy location on Monterey Street downtown. We enjoyed fresh authentic tacos at outdoor tables under the trees. Sweet horchata as a beverage and great chip tray with carrots and pickled potatoes. Very reasonable prices!
